Improving Mens Wellbeing
Through Walking & Talking
Marauders Mens Health. Together STRONGER. Improving men’s physical and mental health. through walking in talking in and around Port Talbot funded by National Lottery Community Fund
Through connecting men out in nature, we not only get fitter and healthier we break down the stigma of men’s mental health by inspiring men, to talk openly to other men who understand and have lived similar experiences. Good and bad!!
We believe that the beauty of the coast and countryside inspires togetherness and connection to improve men’s wellbeing.
It is so easy to join up. Simply contact us or turn up at one of our walks / events which can be found on our Facebook page: Marauders Mens Health.
The vast majority of contact between Marauders is on our What’s App group this is an excellent way for men to stay in touch with other Marauders and can help a man in need at any time.
Our vision is to enhance our impact through helping set up similar groups across Wales. To discuss this please contact usread more

Walk and Talk are designed to provide an opportunity to meet new friends, helping to end the social stigma, and loneliness of mental ill health whilst improving Physical health out on walks in Natures wonderful places.
We are surrounded by natural beauty on Coast and Countryside in South Wales. Nature has a fantastic means of encouraging men to open up to each other out on walks and creating Positive Energy.
