Through Walking & Talking

Marauders Mens Health. Together STRONGER. Improving men’s physical and mental wellbeing. through walking in talking in and around Port Talbot funded by National Lottery Community Fund

Through connecting men out in nature, we not only get fitter and healthier we break down the stigma of men’s mental health by inspiring men, to talk openly to other men who understand and have lived  similar experiences. Good and bad!!

We believe that the beauty of the coast and countryside inspires togetherness and connection to improve men’s wellbeing.

It is so easy to join up. Simply contact us or turn up at one of our walks / events which can be found on the website or on our Facebook page: Marauders Mens Health.
