Valley boy who works in Logistics. Into all aspects of health and fitness. Having years of experience in management, and also wanting to give back to the community, I took the decision to put my experience and skills to good use and offer guidance and support to the charity as a Trustee.
“I have always loved the outdoors and when I retired, I joined the Marauders. I look forward to our weekly walks and have made some great friends”
Hi I am Jeremy Sims. I am married with two children and live in Beddau. I work for Tesco in Talbot Green. I have suffered with mental health from a young age but as I have grown older, I have realised there is help out there no other than this wonderful walking group charity Marauders Mens Health. I have been a member for 2 and a half years and fresh air and chatting to people really helps. We are a great team so don’t hesitate to pop along and see us. ‘Stronger Together’.
